Pure Move 2500/2520 Battery Replacement Service

Batteries for the Pure Move 2500 and 2520 models are now extremely hard to find leaving their owners in a predicament where their portable radio companion is now almost unusable. We have developed a solution that involves replacing the original battery with a non-user replaceable type. This may seem like a backwards step but given the alternative of the radio being otherwise consigned to the bin it seems a fair compromise. The replacement battery is a 1200mAh cell so has 20% more capacity than the original. The cell has battery protection and the thermal sensor that the original ChargePAK M1 would have had. As the battery is now fixed we have to glue the rear compartment shut.
