The quality of this clip is robust. The bracket on the left side of my headphones went a while ago and I bought one of these clips, and the headphones were like new. Wish I had got a double pack at the time, as just recently the right hand bracket started to break. I immediately ordered another of these clips, and hey presto! another problem solved. The clips are so unobtrusive they look part of the headphones. Cost is negligible compared to paying hundreds of pounds for a new set of phones.

My left headphone piece cracked a few days ago. Not only did the hinge snap, but the whole bracket cracked in half. I thought I would need to buy a new pair until I saw this advert on eBay. Was a bit sceptical but thought a tenner was worth sacrificing. And boy was I amazed! I did have to use super glue as well to seal the cracked bracket, but this hinge held everything in place đ Canât describe how over the moon I was. Saved me over ÂŁ100 on buying another set of headphones. 100/10 đ

Steve Bailey at Redston Tech repaired this returned slightly faulty Pure Evoke C-F6 in a rapid turnaround, reviewing and refining all functions such that the system ( CD component known to be prone to errors) is now actually better than new. I canât recommend him highly enough.

I cannot praise Steve highly enough for his work and customer service I am so happy with my radio! Please look at my photos and see how awful it looked, the cover had completely deteriorated and was half falling off. He advised me on how best to refurbish considering itâs a kitchen radio and turned it into a thing of beauty for a really reasonable price. Thanks so much what a great thing to do to avoid a perfectly good radio going to landfill.

Fit and finish of the A-grade is excellent. Plastic feels durable and clips onto the headphones easily and holds firm. I can finally use these headphones again since the hinges broke

Well packaged. Top condition. Everything I expected and probably a bit more as the package included a plug and charging cable. The radio is performing well. It is head and shoulders above all those ÂŁ30 brand new units in terms of sensitivity. Such a shame Pure don't make these any more.
