Audio-Technica ATH-M40x Replacement Hinge/Swivels

1. Printed using a commercial Multi-jet Fusion (MJF) 3D printer in Black PA12 Nylon from our own CAD design.
2. Replacements for the weak ABS parts used in the headphones as supplied.
3. In principle can be fitted without soldering if the original swivel is cut away. This replacement part has a slot where the cable can be run through instead of the threaded cable routing used by the original. As the swivel is quite small and the cable run quite narrow it can be a challenge to cut the original away without damaging the wiring so removing cables at the driver side might be a better option but will require soldering skills.
4. Select which option from the drop-down menu.

This replacement is similar to parts available elsewhere but the key difference is that it is not printed on a domestic FDM 3D printer.
